eLearning Theory

Gooday all, I am new to a position as an eLearning developer and was
wondering if anyone knows of any good links or articles concerning any
theory of eLearning. Specifically I would like to be able to
incorporate the psychology of any learning(adult or child, special
needs or not) within the boundaries and limitation of the online
world.

Basically what I am trying to avoid is taking a textbook and turning
it into a webpage. Granted that might get the job done in some
respects but I looking to do better than that if I can, and would
appreciate some avenues of research or general suggestions. Any links
or newsletters would be very much welcome.

Well Thicks, congrates on the new job. eLearning is a great field.
Here is a link that lists articles/papers/theseises on eLearning. Hope
this helps you as much as it helped me. No actually documents for the
record, but it is a great repository of scholarly information.
