A PhD in Compilers

I am looking for a university to do my PhD. I am interested in
compiler construction, optimizing compilers, compilers for parallel
architectures, language design for parallel architectures and related
areas.

Could anyone please suggest universities in the US that have a strong
research base in these areas.
Some of the universities I found were:

Rice University
University of Washington
Yale
