I am looking for someone who has a C to MIPS asm compiler, an who could
compile some small programs to illustrate procedure calls, parameters
management, local variables, registers, stacks, ...

The help will be appreciate.

Er, if you have a C compiler and an MIPS architecture you already have one;
there would be a command option to make it output the assembly code.
Perhaps a web search for "MIPS simulator", Schwarz.
